Hi,
Although oral awake fibreoptic intubation is pretty rare in our institution; we do have Berman airways available on all our difficult intubation trolleys.
As Vital Signs stopped manufacturing "proper" single channel Berman airways, we moved to the (inferior) dual channel design from ProACT, which again has stopped manufacture.
So, what are other centres using? We've ordered samples of the Williams airway, but from pictures it doesn't look like it can be peeled off the 'scope. The Ovassapian is another option I guess.
Even as a very large Trust, we'd only order a single box.
Thoughts?
