MEMBERSHIP

There are two categories of membership. Full membership for anyone medically qualified and registered with the GMC (or similar organisation in another country). Associate membership for non-medical people.

SUBSCRIPTION

The annual subscription is currently £10 and has been this since 1995. We request that you complete a Standing Order payable in mid-January. There is no specific joining fee.

Click here to apply online. Following the application you will sent a standing order by email which you must complete and send to the address given below.

Application by post

Alternatively you can download the membership form, complete it and send by ordinary post to Dr Atul Kapila. The Standing Order form will be sent to you. Membership is not active until the Standing Order is received.

Download the Membership form (Word document) by Right Clicking on the appropriate link, and choosing 'Save Target As..'. Then choose where to put the document on your computer and click 'save'. Or Right Click and 'Open in New Window' wait for it to load and print direct.
