Birmingham Airway Schools Difficult Airway Rescue Training
This course is aimed at anyone wishing to practice their skills in managing the expected and unexpected difficult airway.
The course lasts one day, is accredited for 5 CEPD points from the college and gives candidates over 4 hours of practical, hands on time.

ADAM's ethos is to prevent critical incidents arising during airway management by scrupulously avoiding preventable problems attributable to the patient, equipment and/or anaesthetist. Inspired by the approach of the aviation industry, it makes use of checklists to ensure ALL problems are identified preoperatively.

EAST Course
A one day workshop in airway management held at Anglia Ruskin University. It is a collaborative course run by consultants from Chelmsford, Southend and Norfolk and Nowich Hospitals.
The course format is interactive lectures and practicve skill stations with numbers limited to 16.

Wexham Advanced Airway Workshop
This workshop is geared towards trainees wishing to refresh and update skills in airway management. There are lectures, interactive discussions and over 4 hours of hands-on workshop training. The course provides intensive practical tuition on manikin and animal models.

This one day course, in which the candidates perform fibreoptic endoscopy on each other, is specifically designed for anaesthetists who wish to gain confidence in topical anaesthesia of the airway and to improve their manual dexterity in airway endoscopy..
