Hi All.
After recieving the latest DAS newsletter (winter 2015). Reading and finding out information on Mr David Howarth's idea for the Co-Pilot I was wondering if anyone has or have implemented this into their trusts?
I am really considering and want to implement this as well and would welcome any feedback.

The Co-Pilot is a great concept and we have in our hospital a very competent ODP who has implemented it through training. The new intubations guidelines should be out soon and we can expect an appropriate modification of the co-pilot algorithm. Please communicate with Dave Howarth to take this forward. Come to WAMM at DUblin where there is likely to be an update on this. There is even a £200 sponsorship for ODPs/anaesthetic nurses attending WAMM.
